Excellent Job Installing our Sump Backup Jet Pump

Back in 2016, Tyler did an excellent job installing our sump backup Jet Pump. A few weeks ago, I contacted Tyler about our 20 year old water softener and the issues that we were having. He recommended a Waterite replacement softener. His technicians arrived fully prepared and did an outstanding job installing the new softener and simplifying the plumbing spider web in the closet. It’s now much easier to manage the outside taps for winter. I also had him replace our leaky 20 years old garage water tap. The technician did the best soldering job that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. During the visit, they noticed that the shutoff valve by my water meter had been leaking. Tyler helped me work with the town to schedule the water shutoff and schedule a visit to replace it. Again the technician arrived fully prepared and coordinated with the town to turn the water back on. During this visit I had him replace the backyard 20 year old water tap and again his skills blew me away. The technician displayed outstanding customer service and the most impressive technical skill I’ve ever seen. Drain Right Now are simply amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
