I highly recommend Tyler and his crew. I had a difficult to diagnose plumbing leak that was flooding into my garage.After throughly examining my indoor system nothing was found. It was thought the problem originated with the plumbing stack on the roof. We had it investigated and repaired by a roofer. However on a bright dry day a few days later, the garage flooded again. It was clear the water was coming from somewhere inside the house. I called Tyler again and he sent one of his crew over. He kindly waived his service fee which we greatly appreciated. This time the issue was discovered. It turned to be caused by a minute crack in the toilets water tank which randomly leaked the odd time. It wasn’t a constant leak.

Tyler responded fast to my call and they came back when the problem need more attention. They got it done fast and professional they always offer excellent quality and excellent value. Even though its right around Christmas time and things are a bit tight. Tyler worked with us so we could have water with no problems over the holidays. This team is amazing. Our sump pump broke and lots of rain in the forecast. I texted (so convenient) this morning the minute I heard an issue. Less than 3 hours later they were at our house working. Back in 2016, Tyler did an excellent job installing our sump backup Jet Pump. A few weeks ago, I contacted Tyler about our 20 year old water softener and the issues that we were having. He recommended a Waterite replacement softener. His technicians arrived fully prepared and did an outstanding job installing the new softener and simplifying the plumbing spider web in the closet. It’s now much easier to manage the outside taps for winter. I also had him replace our leaky 20 years old garage water tap. The technician did the best soldering job that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. During the visit, they noticed that the shutoff valve by my water meter had been leaking. Tyler helped me work with the town to schedule the water shutoff and schedule a visit to replace it. Again the technician arrived fully prepared and coordinated with the town to turn the water back on. During this visit I had him replace the backyard 20 year old water tap and again his skills blew me away. The technician displayed outstanding customer service and the most impressive technical skill I’ve ever seen. Drain Right Now are simply amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
