I highly recommend Tyler and his crew. I had a difficult to diagnose plumbing leak that was flooding into my garage.After throughly examining my indoor system nothing was found. It was thought the problem originated with the plumbing stack on the roof. We had it investigated and repaired by a roofer. However on a bright dry day a few days later, the garage flooded again. It was clear the water was coming from somewhere inside the house. I called Tyler again and he sent one of his crew over. He kindly waived his service fee which we greatly appreciated. This time the issue was discovered. It turned to be caused by a minute crack in the toilets water tank which randomly leaked the odd time. It wasn’t a constant leak.

We live in Tiny, ON right near Georgian Bay (Deanlea Beach) and have used Tyler, Jamie and Mike several times for our ongoing issues. I have nothing except good things to say about Tyler and his crew. Contacted Drain right Now about a water logged pressure tank at 10am. By noon, we had agreed on price and he had materials and 2-man crew on site. By 2pm, we were back up and running with a brand new tank at full pressure! This involved disconnecting, draining, and hauling away an old 86 gal tank, plus full installation of the new tank. New pipes, new switches, new shutoff valve, new gauge, and they even cleaned up some unsightly capped lines left over by a previous plumber. They left me with the all the warranty info I needed, and a crash course on what to watch out for regarding the well pump itself, which may have been impacted by the pressure tank failure. They were respectful of my home, my family, and my time. They left the working area dry and tidy and kept me informed of progress along the way. I've included some before and after photos to showcase their great work! (The new tank is the tall one --- note the clean plumbing work near the base) World class group! Thank you all. I hope I never have to see them again, because that probably means something else broke, but if (when) it does they will be my first call!
